National Catholic Reporter Beats Out Eye Of The Tiber For Best Catholic News Parody

Los Angeles, CA––Winners of the 10th annual National Catholic Awards were announced last night at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood. The star-studded event, which included Dr. Scott Hahn, Fr. Mitch Pakwa, and Cardinal Timothy Dolan, all eagerly awaited the night’s most anticipated award for Best Catholic News Parody. As expected, the top prize went back to nine-time winner of the award, the National Catholic Reporter, who beat out Eye of the Tiber. The night’s other big winners included Pope Michael who won for Best Conclavist, and Hans Kung for his portrayal of a Catholic scholar in Autobiography of Hans Kung.
